We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws where applicable.

1. Our role

This site does not store copyrighted media files on our servers. We may index or link to publicly available information. If you believe material accessible through our site infringes your copyright, please follow the notice procedure below.

2. Filing a notice

Your notice should include, at minimum:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, exact URL or page title).
  • Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone, and email).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Where to send notices

Send DMCA notices through the Contact page with the subject line "DMCA Notice". We may take reasonable time to review and respond.

4. Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by applicable law. We may restore content where appropriate.

5. Repeat infringers

We may terminate or restrict access for users who are subject to repeated valid infringement notices, where our policies and the law allow.
